Welcome to CIPCV 2026
The 2026 4th International Conference on Intelligent Perception and Computer Vision (CIPCV 2026) will be held in Shanghai, China during August 14-16, 2026. Following successful previous editions in Xi'an (2023), Xiamen (2024), and Hangzhou (2025), this conference continues its tradition as an international academic platform under the sponsorship of the Society of Advanced Science and Engineering. The conference has the objective of creating an international forum for academics, researchers and scientists from worldwide to discuss worldwide results and proposals regarding to the soundest issues related to artificial intelligence, computer vision and intelligent perception.
CIPCV 2026 will feature keynote speeches by renowned scholars, cutting-edge technical oral presentations, and vibrant poster sessions showcasing groundbreaking research. Participants will have exceptional opportunities for knowledge exchange, professional networking, and collaborative discussions on the latest innovations transforming our field.

Publication & Indexing
Accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be included in the CIPCV 2026 Conference Proceedings subject to meeting publisher’s scope and quality requirements. The proceedings will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus and other databases for reviewing and possible indexing.
